Privacy policy
What we keep, and what we don't.
TrackerGrade is run by HitScore Labs LLC. This site loads nothing from other companies: no analytics, no ads, no fonts or scripts from anyone else.
When you scan a site
- We keep the address you entered and the report: which trackers, cookies and scripts the page loaded. We record cookie names and lifespans, never their values.
- To limit free scans, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address mixed with a secret. We never store the address itself.
- Reports can be opened by anyone with the link. They are not listed anywhere and search engines are asked not to index them.
When you sign in
- We keep your email address to send sign-in links and the alerts you turn on.
- A sign-in cookie,
tg_session, keeps you signed in for 30 days. It is the only cookie this site sets, and only after you sign in. - For each site you watch we keep its weekly reports, what changed between them, your alert settings and any review notes.
Payments
Paid plans are handled by Stripe. We never see your card. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription ids so we know which plan you're on.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare runs the site, the database, the scanning browser and email delivery.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Slack or your own server receive alerts only if you add their address.
How long we keep it
Reports are kept so their links keep working. Stopping a watched site deletes its change history. To delete your account and everything tied to it, use Delete your account on your plan page. It cancels any subscription first. Stripe keeps its own payment records, as the law requires. You can also email support@trackergrade.com.
Site owners
If you own a site and don't want it scanned, opt out here. It takes effect at once.
