The short version.

TrackerGrade is a service of HitScore Labs LLC. By using it you agree to these terms.

What a report is

• A report records what loaded and fired when our browser visited one page, from one location, at one time. Sites change, and they can show different things to different visitors.
• The grade is our own measure, explained on the home page. It is not a certification, and it is not legal advice. Ask a lawyer what the law requires of your site.

Fair use

• Free scans are limited per visitor per day. Don't work around the limits or use the service to load a site over and over.
• Scan sites you have a reason to look at. We honour site owners' opt-outs.
• Don't use reports to mislead people about a site, for example by sharing an old report as if it were new. Badges show the scan date for this reason.

Paid plans

• Watch is billed per watched site each month; Agency is a flat monthly price. Both renew until you cancel in the billing page, and cancelling stops the next charge.
• Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise either. To the extent the law allows, HitScore Labs LLC's liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
